We don't really think about it, but men actually have breast tissue, as we do, so it is very possible to have breast cancer in men. It's important that males know what they are looking for whilst doing regular breast self exams - hey guys, better to be safe than sorry.

I admire proactive people, and although it might feel a little strange doing your breast self exam to begin with, it could be the best thing you have ever done, and may in fact save your life.
