Lymph node pain does not necessarily mean you have signs of breast cancer. There can be many reasons. An enlarged lymph node can be due to normal hormonal changes in your body, where hormones fluctuate up and down through out your cycle. This can make you have tender lymph glands. Or maybe it is because you are ill.
